1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Basly Insights (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Prototype / no warranty
Basly Insights is an early-stage prototype provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Market figures are estimates and modeled or third-party data, not guarantees. Do not treat any output as professional, financial, or legal advice.
3. Data we use
We use public data (e.g., US Census demographics and open business listings) for your trade area. If you choose to connect an account (e.g., Google, a POS, or a social platform), we access only the accounts you authorize, and only to compute your results. We can't access anyone else's private account.
4. Your connected data & benchmarks
Your connected and entered data stays in your private account. With your consent, we derive anonymized, aggregated metrics from it to build local benchmarks. We store derived metrics, not raw records; we don't sell your personal data; and benchmarks are only ever shown in aggregate across enough businesses that no individual can be identified.
5. Your responsibilities
You must have the right to connect any account you link and to the data you provide, and you agree to use the Service lawfully.
